30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with ERPS X within your first 30 days as a paid customer, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

30-Day Guarantee

New paid subscribers are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of your first paid subscription, you will receive a full refund of your initial payment. Simply contact our support team to request the refund.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel at any time from your account settings
  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations after the first 30 days
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual plans can be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellations within the first 30 days receive a full refund
  • Cancellations after 30 days: you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your annual term, minus a 10% early termination fee
  • No refund is available in the final 3 months of an annual term

Upgrades & Downgrades

When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate applies from your next billing cycle — no retroactive credits are issued.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Add-on services or professional services (consulting, custom development, data migration) once work has begun
  • Domain registration fees
