Why ERPS X exists
Most growing companies run on a patchwork: a spreadsheet for stock, one tool for invoices, another for payroll, a separate till at the counter. Each tool is fine on its own, but none of them agree with each other, and the finance team spends month-end reconciling systems instead of reviewing results.
ERPS X was built to remove that gap. We give each company a single cloud workspace where the ERP, the Point of Sale and the Restaurant Management system are designed together, post to the same accounting ledger, and are managed from one panel.

How the platform fits together
When you create a company on ERPS X, we provision a dedicated workspace at {company}.erpsx.com with its own databases for ERPS, POS and RMS. You manage users, applications, domains, billing and company settings from the ERPS X panel; your team works inside the products.
- ERPS is organised by department: HR, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales and Finance. You license the applications you need per company.
- POS handles counter sales, returns, payments, purchases and expenses, and posts journals straight into the company's Accounting in ERPS.
- RMS gives restaurants a QR-code menu for guests, staff roles for waiters, cashiers and managers, and owner configuration for branding, tax and menu from the panel.
- Custom domains can be mapped to a workspace so your team signs in on your own address.
How we work
We ship the smallest change that makes running a business easier, then improve it with real usage. Every screen is judged on the same five points: does the feature exist, does it work, does it look right, is it easy to use, and is the experience friendly. If a change fails any of those, it does not ship.
Support is part of the product, not a department you have to find. Every plan includes email support, live chat and a ticket desk inside the panel, and our documentation is public at docs.erpsx.com.
