Preventive and corrective maintenance requests against your equipment
Raise a request for a registered equipment, set its type, priority, team, and dates, and move it from In Process to Repaired or Scrap — with every request reported in Maintenance Request Analysis and on the Manufacturing dashboard.

- Technicians — Work the requests assigned to your team and mark them Repaired.
- Operators & supervisors — Raise a corrective request the moment equipment fails.
- Owners & directors — See preventive versus corrective volume on the dashboard and in the analysis report.
What Maintenance does inside ERPS X
Maintenance is the work-request application of the Manufacturing department in ERPS X ERPS. A maintenance request has an ID, a short request title, and a description, and always points at an equipment from the Equipment register. It records who created it, the department, the maintenance team, and the responsible person.
Each request is typed Preventive or Corrective and given a priority, a request date, a scheduled date, and an expected duration. Preventive work follows the frequency recorded on the equipment; corrective work is raised when something breaks.
Requests move through In Process → Repaired, or to Scrap when the equipment is written off. The Maintenance Request Analysis report and the Maintenance by Type chart on the Manufacturing dashboard show the workload over time, and because every request names its equipment, the history of each asset is a filter away.
