Acceptable Use Policy

Guidelines for responsible use of the ERPS X platform.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the ERPS X platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

Permitted Use

ERPS X is designed for lawful business operations. You may use the platform to manage your business operations including ERP, POS, HR, accounting, inventory, manufacturing, and related functions.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use ERPS X to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Store, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, accounts, or data
  • Perform any activities that could disrupt, damage, or impair the platform
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) through the platform
  • Store content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal activity
  • Resell, sublicense, or share access without written authorisation
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls

Resource Usage

Your use of platform resources (storage, API calls, data processing) must remain within your plan limits. Excessive usage that impacts other users may result in temporary throttling and a request to upgrade your plan.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring that your users follow security best practices, including using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to [email protected].

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, which may include:

  • Issuing a warning
  • Temporarily suspending access
  • Permanently terminating the account
  • Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement
