Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the ERPS X Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses erpsx.com, the ERPS X panel, a hosted workspace (ERPS, POS or RMS), a QR menu served from a workspace, or any related ERPS X site. Account owners are responsible for ensuring their users follow it.

1. Permitted use

ERPS X is for running a lawful business: managing employees, payroll, manufacturing, inventory, purchases, sales, accounting, counter sales and restaurant service, and the configuration that supports them. You may use the Service for your own companies, within the users, companies and storage of your plan, and resellers may use it for their customers under the Reseller Program.

2. Prohibited content

You may not store, upload, publish or transmit through the Service any content that:

• is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy or other rights;
• contains malware, viruses or code designed to damage, intercept or take over systems;
• is sexually explicit, promotes violence or hatred, or exploits minors;
• you do not have the right to process, including personal data collected without a lawful basis;
• misrepresents your identity or affiliation, including on a QR menu, invoice or subdomain that impersonates another business.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• access or attempt to access another customer's workspace, account or data;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass authentication, rate limits, plan limits or other controls, without our written permission;
• use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or messages, or to run phishing or scams;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools to extract data or overload the Service, other than integrations we document;
• share one user login between several people, or exceed the users and companies in your plan;
• resell, sublicense, rent or provide the Service to third parties except as an authorised reseller;
• copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the Service, or remove ERPS X notices and branding where the Service displays them;
• use the Service in violation of export control or sanctions laws;
• interfere with the Service's operation or another customer's use of it.

4. Fair use of shared resources

Workspaces share infrastructure. Storage, request volume and background processing must stay within your plan and within levels that do not degrade the Service for others. If your usage is unusually high we will contact you to agree a suitable plan or limits; in urgent cases we may throttle usage temporarily to protect the platform.

5. Your security responsibilities

• Keep passwords private, use strong unique passwords, and remove users who leave your organisation.
• Assign roles carefully: department locks in ERPS; Admin, Manager and Cashier in POS; Manager, Server and Cashier in RMS.
• Approve reseller delegated access only when needed and for the shortest period needed.
• Report suspected unauthorised access or vulnerabilities to [email protected] promptly. We welcome good-faith security research reported responsibly and will not pursue researchers who follow this policy.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe a workspace, subdomain, QR menu or email sent through ERPS X violates this AUP, report it to [email protected] with the address and a description. We review every report.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including:

• asking you to remove content or change a configuration;
• removing or disabling access to specific content;
• temporarily suspending a user, workspace or account;
• terminating the account for serious or repeated violations, in accordance with the Terms of Service;
• reporting unlawful activity to law enforcement where required or appropriate.

Where practical we will notify you and give you an opportunity to fix the issue before taking action. We may act immediately where there is a risk to other customers, to the platform, or of legal liability.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP as the Service and the threats to it evolve. The date at the top shows the latest revision; material changes will be announced in the panel or by email.
