Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Your opt-out rights under US state privacy laws, and our position: ERPS X does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

ERPS X LLC does not sell personal information and does not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising. We also do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than providing the Service. Because no sale or sharing takes place, there is nothing you need to opt out of, but you can still submit a request and we will record it.

1. Who this page is for

This notice is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and similar laws in other US states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon). These laws give consumers the right to opt out of the "sale" of personal information and of "sharing" for targeted advertising, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. What we collect and why

In the last 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information from customers, users and visitors: identifiers (name, email, username, IP address); commercial information (plan, subscription and payment history); internet activity (pages visited, device and browser data); professional information (company name and role); and the content of communications you send us. We use it to create and secure accounts, provision workspaces, take payment through Stripe, provide support and operate the reseller program. Details are in Sections 3 and 4 of the Privacy Policy.

3. What we disclose, and to whom

We disclose personal information only to service providers acting on our behalf (payment processing, hosting, email delivery, live chat), to a reseller who manages your account where applicable, and where required by law. These disclosures are for business purposes under contracts that restrict how the recipient may use the data. They are not sales.

4. Your rights

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and to receive a copy.
  • Right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as billing records.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information. Account details can be edited in the panel.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share, and will honour opt-out requests and Global Privacy Control signals should that ever change.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We use it only to provide the Service.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny service, charge different prices or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.

5. How to submit a request

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy rights request", or use the contact form, or call +1 (321) 359-3830.
  2. Tell us which right you are exercising and the email address associated with your account, if any.
  3. We will verify your identity, normally by confirming control of the account email address, and respond within 45 days, extendable by a further 45 days where permitted, with an explanation.

Authorised agents may submit requests on your behalf with written permission from you; we may still ask you to confirm your identity directly.

6. Personal information in customer workspaces

If your information is held by a business that uses ERPS X (for example as their customer, employee or restaurant guest), that business controls it. Please send your request to that business; we will help them respond.

7. Changes

We review this notice at least every 12 months and update it when our practices change.
