1. Scope
This Cookie Policy is issued by ERPS X LLC and applies to erpsx.com, the ERPS X panel (erpsx.com/app), every hosted workspace at {company}.erpsx.com or a mapped custom domain, and related ERPS X sites including livechat.erpsx.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They let a site recognise your browser between page loads, which is how a sign-in session works. Similar technologies include local storage, which our live-chat widget may use to remember a conversation.

Strictly necessary
These are required for the Service to work. They cannot be switched off without losing the ability to sign in or submit forms.

Analytics and advertising
We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies on erpsx.com. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
4. Preferences stored in your account
Display settings such as language, dark mode and text direction are stored in your ERPS X account, not in cookies, so they follow you between devices when you sign in.
5. How to control cookies
- Browser settings. All major browsers let you view, block or delete cookies, and block cookies from specific sites. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
- Sign out. Signing out of the panel clears the session, "remember me" and lock-screen cookies.
- Live chat. If you prefer not to use chat cookies, contact us by email or the contact form instead.

We will update this page when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
