Approve Time Off once and let Payroll count it
Paid, sick, unpaid, and compensatory time off recorded per employee, department, or the whole company. Approved leave feeds the payslip working-days calculation directly — no separate leave register.
Built for
- HR managers — Record and approve leave per employee, department, or company from one screen.
- Department managers — See who in your department is off and when, with the reason on the record.
- Payroll officers — Rely on approved leave flowing into working-day calculations automatically.
- Owners & directors — Set company-wide days off once and have them apply to every payslip.
What Time Off Management does inside ERPS X
Time Off Management is the leave application of the Human Resources department in ERPS X ERPS. Each time off record has a code, the employee and department, a manager, a time off type — Paid Time Off, Sick Time Off, Unpaid Time Off, or Compensatory Days — start and end dates, a duration, a description, and an optional supporting document such as a medical note.
The time off mode decides who the record applies to: a single employee, everyone in a department, or the whole company. That makes public holidays and department shutdowns a single entry instead of one record per person.
Records start as Draft and are marked Approved or Refused. Approved Paid Time Off and Sick Time Off are read by Payroll when a payslip is created, so those days are paid alongside attended days, while Unpaid Time Off is simply not counted. The approval is the only step HR has to take.
