About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for core ERP modules and drive the product strategy that serves thousands of businesses.
What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap for core ERP modules.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams.
- Define success metrics and track product performance.
- Prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs.
- Communicate product vision to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with ERP, accounting, or business management software.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
Nice to Have
- MBA or relevant advanced degree.
- Experience with enterprise sales processes.
- Technical background or ability to read code.
