About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and ship major features across our unified ERP platform. You'll work across the entire stack — from crafting pixel-perfect Vue.js interfaces to optimizing complex MySQL queries that power financial reports for thousands of businesses.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end across our ERP, POS, and HR modules.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to translate requirements into elegant, scalable solutions.
  • Own the performance and reliability of critical business workflows — invoicing, inventory, payroll.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our engineering culture through code reviews and RFCs.
  • Drive technical decisions for your domain and contribute to platform-wide architecture.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response for production systems.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
  • Deep expertise in PHP (Laravel or similar) and modern JavaScript (Vue.js preferred).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
  • Experience with REST API design, caching strategies (Redis), and background job processing.
  • Track record of shipping user-facing products at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills — you write clearly and think in systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP, accounting, or business management software.
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
  • Open source contributions or technical blog writing.
