About the Role
We need a Growth Marketing Lead to build and execute our growth strategy, driving acquisition and retention across all channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and content marketing programs.
- Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams.
- Build and manage the marketing tech stack.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth.
- Experience with SEO, paid ads, and content marketing.
- Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Data-driven approach to decision making.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing ERP or enterprise software.
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
- Technical SEO expertise.
