About the Role
We need a Customer Success Lead to ensure our customers get maximum value from ERPS X and grow with us long-term.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers and drive product adoption.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor customer health scores and proactively address risks.
- Collaborate with product team on customer feedback.
- Develop customer success playbooks and processes.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with ERP or business management software.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand complex business processes.
- Experience with CS tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, etc.).
- Data-driven approach to customer management.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing enterprise accounts.
- Technical aptitude for product demonstrations.
- Experience building CS teams from scratch.
