About the Role
Join our Platform team to build the foundational services powering ERPS X. You'll design APIs, optimize data pipelines, build multi-tenancy infrastructure, and ensure our platform scales to serve tens of thousands of businesses.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain core platform APIs used by all product teams.
- Design multi-tenant data architecture for enterprise-grade isolation and performance.
- Optimize database queries, caching layers, and background job processing for scale.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices across the platform.
- Develop internal tools and SDKs that accelerate the velocity of product teams.
- Monitor, profile, and continuously improve platform reliability and performance.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of backend engineering experience in PHP or Python.
- Deep understanding of API design patterns (REST, GraphQL) and versioning strategies.
- Strong relational database skills including schema design, indexing, and replication.
- Experience with caching (Redis/Memcached) and message queues (RabbitMQ, SQS).
- Solid understanding of security principles — OWASP, encryption, access control.
- Comfortable with Linux, Docker, and CI/CD toolchains.
Nice to Have
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and CQRS patterns.
- Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
